Booking links as an agent
An agent can create a link that hosts only themselves. Adding other people is a manager or admin action — and the page says so rather than hiding the control.
Agents get booking links, with one limit: a link an agent creates hosts only that agent. Adding other people is a manager or admin action.
Note how the product handles that limit — it shows you the control and tells you it is not yours, rather than hiding it. That is deliberate: you can see what to ask for instead of concluding the feature does not exist.

Before you start
- Your own calendar connected, so availability is real.
Steps
Connect your calendar first
Without it, the link has nothing to base availability on and will offer times you may not have.
Include the calendars that make you busy, not only your work one. A link that ignores your Tuesday afternoon commitment will cheerfully book over it.
Create a link from the calendar header
The same editor everybody uses — there is no reduced version for agents.
What differs is only the host list, and the page tells you so rather than hiding the control. That is deliberate: you can see what to ask a manager for.
Host it yourself
Which covers most of what an agent needs day to day: sending a customer a link to book time with you specifically.
If a customer should be able to book with whoever is free, that is a team link and a manager has to create it.
Set your own notice and caps
Least notice and a daily cap are yours to set. Use them — an agent with an uncapped link is the person who ends up with six calls on a Tuesday.
Send it from inside a conversation
The moment you are going back and forth about times, stop and send the link. That is exactly what it is for, and it ends the ping-pong immediately.
Ask a manager for a team link when you need one
If several people should be able to host, that is a manager or admin action rather than something you are missing.
Check it worked
Send the link to yourself and book a slot as if you were a customer. If anything about it is confusing, fix it before a real customer sees it.
The parts people get wrong
- Availability comes from your connected calendar, so connect it before sending the link to anybody.
- Booking links are long-lived. If you create one for a specific push, remember it will still be live months later.
