WhatsApp, answered — by your team or your AI agent
Connect your WhatsApp Business account with one sign-in, or enter the credentials yourself. Templates, flows, canned messages, payments and a QR that opens a chat.

Connecting WhatsApp Business
Adding a channel starts from an icon grid of all thirteen types, not a form. Picking one creates the channel and opens its config pane immediately — there is no name-entry modal.
Sign in with Facebook
One click connects the WhatsApp Business account. There is no credential form to fill in unless you want one.
Or set it up manually
Manual setup reveals Phone number ID, Business account ID, WhatsApp secret and App ID if your provider needs them entered by hand.
Choose what answers
Point the channel at an AI bot, or leave it to your agents. One decision, on the channel.
Copy the webhook
The Connection card shows the webhook URL with a copy button, next to the connected account.
Not every channel needs every control
Chat channels get do-not-create-contact, auto-close and a bot routing choice. They do not get call timings, because a chat has no calling hours.
- Manage message templates and get told when one is approved or rejected
- Manage WhatsApp flows and canned messages
- A channel message user and broadcast / automated message timings
- Payment settings
- A QR block with your wa.me link and a downloadable QR code

A channel answers with exactly one thing
An AI bot, or a call flow. Never both, never neither. It is the only reason you can ever say for certain what picked up.
WhatsApp FAQ
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API access?
You can sign in with Facebook and let Convarza read the account, or enter the phone number ID, business account ID, secret and app ID yourself under Manual setup. Both routes end at the same connected channel.
Can one WhatsApp number serve several bots?
A channel points at exactly one thing that answers it — an AI bot or a call flow. But one bot can serve many channels, so the reuse runs the other way.
Where do templates live?
On the channel. WhatsApp is the only type that gets the extra card: templates, flows, canned messages, payment settings and the QR block. Template approval and rejection also appear in your notification feed.
How many channels do I get?
Three on Starter, six on Pro, fifteen on Growth and thirty-two on Scaler — of any type. Compare the plans.
Who can connect or disconnect a channel?
An admin. Connecting a line means credentials, a carrier account and a bill. A manager keeps everything operational — routing, calling hours, additional settings, enable and disable, and the health readout — but the credential fields and the connected-account row are admin-only, and the product says so rather than hiding it.
