A chat widget that can also take the call
Copy one embed snippet. Allow your domains. Visitors chat, or start a voice call with your AI agent from the page.

Connecting Web widget
Adding a channel starts from an icon grid of all thirteen types, not a form. Picking one creates the channel and opens its config pane immediately — there is no name-entry modal.
Copy the embed snippet
The Connection card shows a read-only code block with a copy button.
Allow your domains
Allowed domains is an add/remove list, so the widget only loads where you say.
Choose what answers
An AI bot, or your agents.
Test a call
The web widget is the one chat type that also gets a start-call test card.
Not every channel needs every control
Chat channels get do-not-create-contact, auto-close and a bot routing choice. They do not get call timings, because a chat has no calling hours.
- A typed embed-snippet field, read-only with a copy button
- An allowed-domains list rather than a free text box
- A start-call test card no other chat channel gets

A channel answers with exactly one thing
An AI bot, or a call flow. Never both, never neither. It is the only reason you can ever say for certain what picked up.
Web widget FAQ
Can visitors start a voice call from the website?
Yes. The web widget carries a start-call test card, and a visitor can begin a voice conversation with your AI agent from the page.
Can I run campaigns on the web widget?
No. Campaigns can only pick a calling channel with outgoing enabled — you cannot dial out on a widget.
How many channels do I get?
Three on Starter, six on Pro, fifteen on Growth and thirty-two on Scaler — of any type. Compare the plans.
Who can connect or disconnect a channel?
An admin. Connecting a line means credentials, a carrier account and a bill. A manager keeps everything operational — routing, calling hours, additional settings, enable and disable, and the health readout — but the credential fields and the connected-account row are admin-only, and the product says so rather than hiding it.
