We got tired of tools that disagree about who the customer is
Convarza AI is built by Profunnel Technologies Private Limited. It exists because the average growing business now runs its conversations across four apps that each hold a different version of the same person.
The problem we kept watching
A customer sends a WhatsApp on Monday, calls on Tuesday and emails on Thursday. In most companies those three events land in three systems, get handled by three people, and reconcile precisely never. The sales report says one thing, the support queue says another, and the person who actually spoke to them has left for the day.
The usual answer is integration: sync the CRM to the helpdesk to the dialler, and hope. We think that is the wrong shape. If a call, a chat and a task all describe the same relationship, they should be written into the same record by construction — not stitched together afterwards by a job that runs every fifteen minutes.
What that looks like in practice
The traditional way: A potential client calls your business after hours. They hit a generic voicemail. The next morning, an agent checks the voicemail inbox, writes the details on a notepad, and attempts a callback. If there is no answer, they might send a manual text message from a communal phone line. Three disconnected systems, manual data entry, and a lead that goes cold.
The Convarza AI way: The client calls at 9 PM and an ultra-realistic AI voice agent picks up immediately. The agent answers their questions, qualifies the lead, finds an opening in your calendar, and books a 10 AM slot. The moment the caller hangs up, Convarza AI automatically sends a personalized WhatsApp confirmation message.
The next morning, your human sales team logs in and sees a single, unified timeline: the exact call transcript, the confirmed calendar booking, and the delivered WhatsApp message, all securely attached to one clean CRM record. That is what we mean when we say a platform should agree with itself.
What we believe about the product
A few opinions that show up everywhere in Convarza AI, because we would rather have opinions than settings:
- Different lifetimes mean different fields. A call outcome describes an attempt. A lead stage describes a person. A queue state is derived from both and is nobody's to type. One status field doing all three is how reporting dies.
- Every value states its consequence. If picking "Not interested" will take a contact out of your calling list, the dropdown should say so before you click save — not after.
- Automations should be readable out loud. When this happens, only if, then in order. If nobody on the team can read one in a stand-up, nobody will trust it enough to leave it switched on.
- Permissions follow cost, not seniority. A manager owns what they touch weekly and can undo. An admin owns what costs money, binds the company, or grants access.
- Never show a control that will be refused. If an agent cannot add a host to a booking link, we say a manager can — we do not render the button and then reject the click.
The difference between an AI agent and a phone tree
We do not believe in 'Press 1 for Sales'. A phone tree is a static menu that punishes the caller for having a complex problem. An AI voice agent is dynamic. It listens to the nuance of the request, code-switches seamlessly between English and regional dialects, handles interruptions naturally, and genuinely attempts to solve the problem before ever needing to route the call.
Built to empower teams, not replace them
A lot of automation tools are sold as a way to fire your front desk. We fundamentally disagree. Convarza AI is built to take the grueling, repetitive volume—the 3 AM generic inquiries, the appointment confirmations, the basic qualification scripts—so that your human agents can spend their actual time closing complex deals and managing high-value customer relationships.
Because conversation happens in milliseconds
In text chat, a three-second delay is normal. On a voice call, a three-second delay feels broken. We engineered our voice pipeline to drive latency down to the absolute floor. Our AI agents don't just speak; they respond with the immediate, reflexive timing that humans expect, ensuring your customers never feel like they are talking to a laggy machine.
How Convarza AI relates to Pronnel
We also build Pronnel, a broader work platform for customer, team and project operations. Convarza AI is the conversations product from the same company and the same engineering team — focused entirely on the channels a customer actually reaches you on, and the AI agents that can answer them. Same infrastructure, same support, one thing to learn.
