Instagram DMs in the same queue as everything else
Sign in with Facebook once. Every DM and story reply becomes a conversation your team or your AI agent can pick up.

Connecting Instagram
Adding a channel starts from an icon grid of all thirteen types, not a form. Picking one creates the channel and opens its config pane immediately — there is no name-entry modal.
Log in with Facebook
Instagram is single sign-on only — there are no credential fields to fill in, by design.
Pick the routing
An AI bot answers immediately, or the DMs land unassigned for your team.
Set the extras
Do not create contact, and auto-close conversation, if you want them.
Not every channel needs every control
Chat channels get do-not-create-contact, auto-close and a bot routing choice. They do not get call timings, because a chat has no calling hours.
- Story replies and DMs arrive as ordinary conversations
- The AI badge marks what the bot is handling
- Assign to a teammate to take over

A channel answers with exactly one thing
An AI bot, or a call flow. Never both, never neither. It is the only reason you can ever say for certain what picked up.
Instagram FAQ
Why are there no credential fields?
Instagram and Facebook are SSO-only. Asking for a token you cannot get would be a form that never works, so we do not show one.
Do Instagram DMs create contacts?
By default yes, so the conversation has a record to attach to. Turn on "Do not create contact" on the channel if you would rather they did not.
How many channels do I get?
Three on Starter, six on Pro, fifteen on Growth and thirty-two on Scaler — of any type. Compare the plans.
Who can connect or disconnect a channel?
An admin. Connecting a line means credentials, a carrier account and a bill. A manager keeps everything operational — routing, calling hours, additional settings, enable and disable, and the health readout — but the credential fields and the connected-account row are admin-only, and the product says so rather than hiding it.
