Bring your Twilio numbers, add an AI agent
Point a Twilio number at Convarza and choose what answers it: your agents, an AI voice agent, or a call flow.

Connecting Twilio
Adding a channel starts from an icon grid of all thirteen types, not a form. Picking one creates the channel and opens its config pane immediately — there is no name-entry modal.
Connect your Twilio account
Enter the account credentials; secrets are masked with show/hide.
Pick the resource
Resource is a picker with Change and Clear — never a free text box you can typo.
Set region and direction
Incoming, outgoing, or both. A channel with incoming off reads "Outgoing only" and shows no routing at all.
Route it
An AI voice agent, or a call flow.
Not every channel needs every control
Calling channels get resource, region, direction and advanced settings. Chat channels do not, because a web widget has no trunk. The two never borrow each other’s controls.
- Trunk status with a refresh, on the Connection card
- A gateway config readout — server IP, port, username, auth secret — each row copyable
- Restricted call timings, with the hours editor on the channel
- Additional settings: forwarded-from numbers, forward-to number, IP/domain match list, ping timeout, allowed calls count

A channel answers with exactly one thing
An AI bot, or a call flow. Never both, never neither. It is the only reason you can ever say for certain what picked up.
Twilio FAQ
Do I keep my Twilio numbers?
Yes. Convarza connects to your account; the numbers stay yours and so does the carrier relationship.
How many calls can run at once?
Allowed calls count, under the channel's additional settings. Concurrency belongs to the line, not to a campaign.
Can I stop it calling at night?
Restricted call timings on the channel: per-day on/off, Copy Mon→Fri, one timezone and date exceptions. Campaigns inherit it and can only override for themselves.
How many channels do I get?
Three on Starter, six on Pro, fifteen on Growth and thirty-two on Scaler — of any type. Compare the plans.
Who can connect or disconnect a channel?
An admin. Connecting a line means credentials, a carrier account and a bill. A manager keeps everything operational — routing, calling hours, additional settings, enable and disable, and the health readout — but the credential fields and the connected-account row are admin-only, and the product says so rather than hiding it.
