Outbound campaigns that keep calling so nobody has to
Pick a line, pick who answers, describe the follow-up sequence in plain English, and let it work the list inside your calling hours.

A campaign is a short form, on purpose
Everything a campaign could duplicate from somewhere else has been left where it already lives. What remains is genuinely campaign-shaped.
The line
An existing calling channel with outgoing on. A campaign never defines a line of its own.
Who answers
An AI bot or a call flow — the same two-way choice a channel makes, with inline create.
The audience
A dynamic filter, a static list, or an import.
The sequence
Calling hours, and the follow-up written in plain English.
Describe it the way you'd brief a new agent
“Call them. If they pick up and we talk, we're done. If nobody answers, wait four hours and try again. Still nothing, send a WhatsApp that evening and make one last attempt the next morning. After that, stop.”
That is the actual input. Six lines ship as the default and you edit them. We have never met a sales manager who thinks in retry_after_hours, and the ones who do can say "four hours" just as easily.

One column that answers the only question
The campaign list shows Answers with — a BOT or FLOW chip and the name of the thing. Not a Type column, because every campaign is outbound. Not a Voice column, because voice is set per language on the bot.
- Contacts reached, connected and converted, per campaign.
- Every attempt lands on the contact's activity feed as a call log entry.
- Outcomes move the lead stage where the outcome says they should.
Campaign FAQ
Are campaigns inbound or outbound?
Always outbound. There is no direction control, because a campaign that waits for the phone to ring is just a channel.
How do I write the follow-up sequence?
In a text box, in sentences. "Call. If they pick up, done. If not, wait four hours and call again. Still no answer, send a WhatsApp and try once more tomorrow morning." The automation derives the logic from that. There are no retry-after or max-attempts fields to fill in.
Where do calling hours come from?
From the channel, by default — the campaign shows the inherited pattern and timezone. You can override for that campaign only, and reset back to the channel. A channel with no restricted timings says so rather than implying a limit that does not exist.
Which channels can a campaign dial on?
Only calling channels with outgoing enabled. You cannot dial out on a web widget, and you cannot dial out on an inbound-only SIP gateway.
Can I set the model or the script on the campaign?
No, and that is on purpose. The bot owns its prompt, its model and its voice. A campaign only adds what is campaign-scoped: audience, hours and the follow-up sequence. Concurrency lives on the channel, under allowed calls count.

Write your follow-up sequence the way you would brief a new agent
Retry-after and max-attempts fields describe a machine. Sentences describe the job. Convarza takes the sentences.

Everything here reads and writes the same contacts, the same conversations and the same calendar. Nothing needs syncing.
Shared inbox
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Viber, LINE, your web widget, SMS and email land in a single queue your team actually works from.
AI chatbot
One bot answers WhatsApp, Instagram, your web widget, SMS and email — and hands the conversation to a person the moment your condition says it should.
AI voice agents
An AI agent answers your line in natural speech, follows your prompt, calls your functions, and hands to a human the moment it should.
Call flows
Ring agents, hand to an AI agent, branch on a condition, run an IVR menu, check business hours, take voicemail — as one flow you can read.
Workflows
When this happens · only if · then, in order. Numbered steps, an owner who is told when it fails, and a Live toggle. No formula builder.
Contacts & CRM
Lead stages that mean something, a schema you define yourself, and every call, chat and note on one timeline.
Calendar & booking
Connect Google or Microsoft, publish a booking link with your real availability, and let the AI agent book straight into it.
