Work a list with Save & next
Log the outcome, apply its effect, advance. The whole reason a calling session does not turn into an admin session.
Save & next is one button doing three things: it logs the outcome, applies whatever that outcome does to the lead stage, and advances to the next contact.
It sounds small. In practice it is the difference between a calling session with rhythm and one where every call ends in twenty seconds of navigation — and twenty seconds times forty calls is a lost half hour every day.

Steps
Start at the top of your list
It is already correct: assigned to you, open stage, not called today. There is nothing to choose.
Call, and take notes while you talk
The note box is right there above the outcome dropdown, so you type where you are about to log.
Notes written during a call are specific. Notes reconstructed twenty minutes and three calls later are vague, and vague notes are what make the next person start the conversation over.
Log the outcome immediately
While the call is still in your head. Accuracy here is what keeps the list correct for everybody.
Press Save & next
One action: log the outcome, apply whatever it does to the lead stage, and move to the next contact.
Twenty seconds of navigation after each call is a lost half hour across forty calls. This is where the time goes in a calling session.
Let the list shrink as it should
Terminal outcomes remove people. Attempt outcomes leave them for tomorrow. You maintain none of it.
Stop when the list is empty, not when the hour is up
Because the list is derived, empty genuinely means there is nobody left to call today. That is a real finishing line, which is unusual in sales.
Check it worked
At the end of a session, open the Today tab. It should hold the people you worked, which is both a record of your day and the mechanism that stops anyone being called twice.
The parts people get wrong
- If you must break off mid-session, log the outcome for the call you just made first. An unlogged call is invisible to everyone.
- Save & next respects the same list definition, so a contact you just marked "not interested" will not reappear.
