Add a video link or an address to a booking link
Where the meeting happens, decided once on the link rather than typed into every invitation.
Location is set once on the link and travels with every booking made through it. That is a small convenience for you and a significant one for the invitee, who does not have to chase anybody for a joining link the morning of the call.
It is also a piece of information with a long tail: an out-of-date address on a booking link becomes a customer standing outside the wrong building, and an AI agent will read it out with complete confidence.

Steps
Open the booking link and find the location setting
Either a video link or an address — one location per link, which is why separate branches usually want separate links.
Whatever you enter travels with every booking made through this link, including bookings an AI voice agent makes on a call. It is worth getting right once.
Use a video link for remote meetings
It goes to the invitee with the confirmation. Nobody has to chase for it, which removes one of the most common causes of a late start.
Use an address for in-person meetings
Write it as somebody unfamiliar would need it: building name, floor, which entrance, and what to do when they arrive. A postcode alone is not directions.
Make separate links for separate locations
One link per branch is clearer than one link plus an explanatory sentence nobody reads.
Check what the invitee receives
Book yourself a slot and read the confirmation as they will get it.
Review it when anything moves
An office move should include a pass over every booking link. They are easy to forget because they are not on any obvious list.
Check it worked
Book a test slot and open the confirmation on a phone. If you could not find the building from that message alone, neither can your customer.
The parts people get wrong
- If an AI agent books into this link, the location goes with the booking — so a wrong address becomes a confidently wrong answer on a phone call.
- A video link that expires or is personal to one host will break for links using random host assignment.
