Set weekly availability and timezone
The same hours editor as channel calling hours. One vocabulary, learned once, used in two places.
Availability on a booking link is the intersection of two things: the weekly pattern you set here, and whatever is already in your connected calendar. Both narrow; neither widens.
The pattern is worth setting deliberately rather than copying your working hours. The hours you are willing to be booked in are almost always narrower — most people want the first and last part of the day protected for preparation and overrun.

Steps
Open weekly availability on the booking link
It reuses the same hours editor as channel calling hours: per-day on or off, copy across the week, one timezone.
Set the hours you want to be booked in
Not the hours you work. Leaving the first hour of the day out gives you time to prepare; leaving the last hour out means a meeting that overruns does not eat your evening.
Copy across the week, then adjust
Set one day properly and copy it, rather than typing five near-identical rows. Then fix the days that genuinely differ.
Set the timezone deliberately
The same trap as calling hours. If you sell across timezones, decide whose clock this pattern is in and make sure everybody who edits it knows.
Remember your calendar narrows it further
The pattern says when you are willing; the calendar says when you are free. The invitee sees the overlap.
Check a real week
Open the link yourself and look at what is actually offered. That is the only test that counts, and it takes a minute.
Check it worked
Look at the slots offered on your busiest day. If any of them would leave you with no gap between calls, add a gap-after rather than narrowing the pattern.
The parts people get wrong
- Availability comes from your real calendar, which is why booking links live inside Calendar rather than being a standalone form.
- The same hours editor is used for channel calling hours, so the controls behave identically in both places.
