Cancel your subscription
From inside the product, on the same pane as everything else. But there are four things to do first, and none of them is optional.
Cancelling is one click and you do not need to email anybody. The work is entirely in what you do beforehand — because several things are pointed at Convarza from outside, and they do not stop being pointed at it when you cancel.
Your numbers are routed here. Your website may be loading a widget. Outside systems may be posting to catch hooks. And your data is only yours while you can still export it.

Before you start
- An export of your contacts, with the activity history sheet.
- Somewhere for your phone numbers to point instead.
- A list of anything outside Convarza that calls into it.
Steps
Export your data first
Contacts as an Excel workbook, with the activity history sheet if you want the story as well as the records. This is the step people regret skipping, and there is no way back to it afterwards.
Repoint your phone numbers
Your Twilio, Maqsam and SIP numbers stay yours, but they are currently routed here. Give them a new destination before cancelling — otherwise callers get silence.
Remove the web widget from your site
An embedded widget that no longer works is worse for a visitor than no widget at all.
Find what calls into Convarza from outside
Catch hooks, API integrations, Zapier or Make scenarios. Each will start failing, and whoever owns them needs to know before rather than after.
Tell the people who will notice
Anyone relying on task reminders, booking links or automated messages. Booking links in particular are often published in email signatures nobody remembers.
Cancel from the Billing pane
Cancel subscription sits alongside change payment method and usage summary. You do not need to email anybody or wait for a call.
By the time you click it, everything on the list above should already be done — the export especially, because there is no route back to it afterwards.
Check it worked
Ring one of your own numbers after cancelling and confirm it reaches wherever you repointed it. That is the check that matters most to customers.
The parts people get wrong
- You keep your carrier relationships and your numbers throughout. Only the routing to Convarza ends.
- If you are cancelling because of a limit or a missing feature, talk to sales first — a plan change is reversible in a way cancellation is not.
