Report on campaigns
Dials, connects and bookings per campaign — and how to compare two campaigns without fooling yourself.
Campaign reporting is straightforward as long as you keep two ratios separate, because they have completely different causes and completely different fixes.
Connects over dials is your list and your number. Bookings over connects is your script and your bot. Mixing them into a single "conversion rate" guarantees you will spend a week improving the wrong one.

Steps
Start on the Campaigns screen
Dial attempts, connect rate, meetings booked and active campaigns across the top; dials, connects, bookings and progress per campaign below.
Compare like with like
Hold the audience still if you want to learn anything from comparing two campaigns. Change the list and the script together and the result tells you nothing.
Separate list quality from script quality
Connects over dials, then bookings over connects. Fix the first before touching the second — a great script cannot help you if nobody answers.
Watch the terminal outcomes
A rising wrong-number or not-interested rate is telling you something about the source of your list, and no script change will alter it.
Check the pipeline, not just the counters
Because outcomes move lead stages, campaign results already appear in the lead funnel on Home. There is nothing to reconcile.
Listen before concluding
Two recordings will explain a poor booking rate faster than a week of dashboards. Metrics tell you something is wrong; recordings tell you what.
Check it worked
Take your worst-performing campaign and identify which of the two ratios is the problem. Then change exactly one thing about that ratio and compare after the same number of dials.
The parts people get wrong
- Every campaign attempt lands on the contact's activity feed, so any number can be traced back to individual calls.
- A campaign that has run out of audience looks like a campaign that has stopped. Check progress before assuming a fault.
